My name is Matěj and I come from a village near Brno. My journey began in 2019/2020 when, inspired by my family, I started making knives. I've always enjoyed creating things with my hands, so I decided to take my craft to the next level. After discussing with my father's cousin, a blacksmith and sword maker, I embarked on making my first "proper" knife. The knife went through the entire process — forging, filing, hardening, grinding, making the handle and the sheath. After about 40 hours of handiwork, it was finished.

My love for handcraft has been with me since childhood. From leftover leather scraps from making the sheath, I created my first wallet without instructions or special tools – just with a needle, awl, and a snap-off knife. That's how my journey with leatherwork began.

Gradually, I invested in quality tools and materials and started making products not only for family but also for friends and first customers. Initially, I only charged for materials, but thanks to the quality and my strive for perfect results, people often gave me something extra.

Thanks to the support of a friend who helps me a lot, I decided to take my creations even further and establish an e-shop. After a year of working on wallet development, logo creation, website, and countless meetings, I succeeded. My goal is to offer quality, honest products at affordable prices. My strong (and sometimes weak) point is doing things thoroughly and according to my own vision, and that's how this website was created.
